Welcome to EDRS+. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Platform Overview

EDRS+ is an online platform that connects instructors and students. Instructors may upload and sell educational content, while students can purchase and access these courses for learning purposes.

 

2. User Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to share your account with any other individual or entity.
  • EDRS+ reserves the right to suspend accounts with false or misleading information.

 

3. Content Ownership

  • Instructors retain full ownership of the content they upload to the platform.
  • By uploading content, instructors grant EDRS+ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute the content through the platform.
  • Instructors are responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate any copyright or intellectual property laws.

 

4. Payments

  • All payments are processed through third-party payment service providers.
  • EDRS+ is not responsible for any payment processing errors, delays, or failures caused by these providers.
  • Users agree to comply with the terms and policies of the respective payment providers.

 

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase.
  • A valid and clearly stated reason must accompany the request.
  • All requests are reviewed by the EDRS+ team on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refund approval is not guaranteed and remains at the sole discretion of EDRS+.
  • EDRS+ reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, excessive refund activity, or violation of platform policies.

 

6. Prohibited Use

Users agree not to:

  • Upload or share illegal, harmful, or unauthorized copyrighted content.
  • Attempt to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the platform’s functionality.
  • Copy, distribute, or share course content خارج (outside) the platform without permission.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful or abusive activities.

 

7. Account Suspension & Termination

EDRS+ reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice if necessary.

 

8. Changes to Terms

EDRS+ may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
