Welcome to EDRS+. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the EDRS+ platform, website, and related services. By accessing or using EDRS+, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

1. About EDRS+

EDRS+ is a digital learning marketplace that enables students to discover and purchase educational content while allowing instructors to create, publish, and sell courses, study materials, recorded lessons, live sessions, and other educational resources.

2. Eligibility

By using EDRS+, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

  • The information you provide is accurate and up to date.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information.

  • Protecting their login credentials.

  • Not sharing their account with others.

  • Immediately notifying EDRS+ of any unauthorized account access.

EDRS+ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Course Purchases

When purchasing educational content:

  • Access is granted only after successful payment.

  • Purchased content is licensed for personal educational use only.

  • Courses and materials may not be copied, distributed, resold, recorded, or shared without written permission from the instructor or EDRS+.

5. Instructor Responsibilities

Instructors agree to:

  • Provide accurate course information.

  • Upload educational content they own or are authorized to distribute.

  • Ensure their content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Maintain professional conduct when interacting with learners.

EDRS+ reserves the right to review, reject, suspend, or remove any content that violates platform policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform design, branding, logos, software, and content created by EDRS+ remain the intellectual property of EDRS+.

Educational content uploaded by instructors remains the intellectual property of the respective instructor unless otherwise agreed.

7. Payments

Payments are securely processed through approved third-party provider TAP Payment.

EDRS+ does not store complete payment card information.

Platform fees, commissions, and instructor payouts are managed in accordance with the applicable instructor agreement.

8. Refunds

Students may submit a refund request through their Purchase History within one (1) hour of the original purchase time.

All refund requests must include a valid reason and will be reviewed by the EDRS+ team on a case-by-case basis.

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. EDRS+ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or reject any refund request after reviewing the circumstances and the information provided.

By purchasing any course or educational material on EDRS+, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Share purchased content publicly.

  • Upload malicious or illegal content.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.

  • Impersonate another individual.

  • Interfere with platform security or functionality.

  • Use automated tools to scrape or copy platform content.

10. Limitation of Liability

While EDRS+ strives to provide a reliable platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all educational content will meet every user's expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDRS+ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

11. Privacy

Your use of EDRS+ is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Account Suspension

EDRS+ may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

13. Changes to These Terms

EDRS+ reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
